Do you offer any other characters other than princesses?

Yes - we do! Please call/email us your special requests and we would love to make this work for you. We have recently had special requests for Cocomelon themed parties, Ms Rachel themed parties and LOL dolls. We made all of this work for our clients!

How far in advance should I book?

I suggest you book at least 2-3 months in advance. This way you are more likely to lock in your preferred date/time. If you are looking for a last minute entertainer, please still get in touch as we will always try our best to make this work for you.

How do I make payment?

We ask for a £50 deposit (via bank transfer) to secure your date and time. The remainder is due the day before the event (via the same payment method).

What age range would you recommend is best for a Dream and Dazzle party?

We will always adapt our parties to suit the age range at the party. We get requests for first birthday parties as well as for children aged 7-8 years. However, our general Dream and Dazzle Parties are most suited to children aged 3-6 years.

Where can I host my party/event?

You can host your party at a venue (a hall/community centre/pub/restaurant). You may also host your party in a private home. During the summer months, we host parties in parks but please note that you must add an assistant in a public space. The venue must have appropriate changing facilities.

What dates and times are available?

We host parties from Monday-Sunday and we can be flexible with timings if we can. Please note we offer £20 off midweek parties.

Are entertainers DBS checked?

Yes, all our entertainers are DBS checked.

How much space is needed?

We will always make our entertainment work despite the space (as long as the number of guests can comfortably stand/sit!).

What happens if I need the entertainer to stay later on the day due to unforeseen circumstances?

If the entertainer doesn’t need to get to another event or have any prior commitments, they may stay up to 15 minutes but this is at the discretion of the entertainer. If they need to stay an extra 15-30 minutes, the additional fee is £50. 30-60 minutes will incur an additional fee of £100.

Is it OK to have other entertainment at the party?

Our Emerald, Ruby and Diamond package are designed to be the main entertainment at your event. If you would like us to attend your event alongside the main entertainment, our Picture Perfect Princess is the package for you!

Bouncy Castles can be a distraction and it can be difficult at times to compete against a bouncy castle, however we will always do our best to keep the children engaged.

Please do let us know if you have booked a face painter or any other form of entertainment.

What areas do you cover?

We mainly cover London/Surrey and surrounding areas. We cover some of Kent, Essex, Hertfordshire and Sussex. Please do get in touch if you are further afield but please be aware travel expenses will be added to your booking.

Do you attend events?

We LOVE attending events - please do get in touch if you would like us to add some sparkle to your event!

What happens if it rains and I plan to hold the party outside?

Please always have a Plan B just incase of wet weather. Gazebos are occasionally fine dependent on the number of children.
