Terms & Conditions

  • When completing a booking for a party with Dream and Dazzle Parties you confirm that you agree to our terms and conditions. This is the case for all bookings made via any channel of communication.

  • Please note we are a London based company. We are always happy to travel but this may incur an extra cost to cover travel expenses.

  • A booking is not confirmed until the deposit and booking form has been received. Please ensure you keep confirmation of payment and booking for reference if required.

  • Information including: Date, time, address, chosen princess and number of children must be provided at the time of booking. We must be notified of any changes immediately.

  • Deposits are non refundable, however, we will work with you to find another available date that works for you if you contact us 48 hours before the event. If you want a date change within 48 hours of the event, we will need an additional deposit of £50 for your new date.

  • We accept no liability for any party lateness or cancellations related to Force Majeure (for example extreme weather, national emergencies etc). You will only ever be charged for the amount of time your entertainer is at your party.

  • If the entertainer does not have any other commitments, they may stay up to 15 minutes later if you need them to delay due to unforeseen circumstances. After 15 minutes, they will need to pay an additional fee for the total length the entertainer is at your event. An additional 15-30 minutes would cost £50 and an additional 30-60 minutes would cost £100.

  • Strictly a maximum of 20 children per entertainer, unless agreed to by us prior to the party

  • All entertainers are self employed. In the unlikely event that there is a disagreement between you and the entertainer, Dream and Dazzle Parties will act as an intermediary and help settle any issues.

  • We reserve the right to change the entertainer allocated to your party and you may not always be notified. The entertainer allocated to you will always contact you on the week of the party to introduce themselves and confirm the details of the party.

  • All of our prices are based on the length of time spent at the party not on the number of games completed. It will not always be possible to complete all games within allotted time due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Dream and Dazzle Parties will never be liable for any costs associated with your party outside of your allocated entertainer.

  • Entertainers may have to make changes to the running order of parties depending on circumstances on the day.

  • Dream and Dazzle Parties accept no responsibility for any accidental damage of property or injury to persons. The organiser assumes all responsibility for associated risk.
